Expressions of interest are sought for the following position:
People and Culture Manager
- Full Time
In the selection of a People and Culture Manager, Leighland Christian School is seeking to appoint a strategic leader and administrator of the highest calibre who can build honest and authentic relationships with staff across the whole school, with a strong commitment to deliver exceptional standards and service.
This position is a newly developed role and will be a strategic member of the Leighland Christian School Senior Leadership Team.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or similar, with at least 5 years experience as a HR generalist are essential requirements.
A Working with Vulnerable People card and a written reference from a pastor or minister will also be required.
Previous experience working in an educational setting will be highly regarded

A current Tasmanian Teacher’s Registration (or the ability to obtain one for Teachers), a Working with Vulnerable People card and a written reference from a pastor/minister are essential components of the application.
